Serotonin deficient or effi(SHEN)t?


Above are our "happy" brain chemicals and what to do to get more of them. I find it very interesting that SEROTONIN is the only one that lists meditation and mindfulness as one way to increase the chemical. I also find it AMAZING because my spirit guide and angels shared with me a while ago the difference between SEROTONIN deficiency and SEROTONIN efficiency...


Remember that Spirit "speaks" to me using qigong terminology - that doesn't mean that qigong terminology IS the only way to communicate with Spirit! I am sharing with you how it is shared with me...

That being said, SHEN IS CONSCIOUSNESS. Mindfulness and medita(SHEN) is a way for us to connect with Consciousness.... and the reason it helps with that is that mindfulness and meditation increase SEROTONIN! Therefore, when we are mindful and when we meditate (and remember meditation doesn't have to mean sitting quietly, alone and having a completely empty mind), we become serotonin effi(SHEN)t. I consider yoga and qigong to be self-care practices like getting massages, going for walks in nature, attending retreats, etc. The purpose of those self-care practices isn't to GET AWAY FROM LIFE... It's to be able to BE with LIFE because we also get serotonin efficient by being with other people and feeling respected. The more mindful we are, the more we are aware of our reactions to life experiences that DEPLETE our serotonin and the more respected we feel. See the connect(SHEN)?
